Request a review or removal

Rights holders and their authorized representatives can email [email protected] with the subject “GachaDock copyright notice.” Include the specific GachaDock page URLs and the information below. This is our public copyright contact.

What to include in a copyright notice

  • Your physical or electronic signature, and whether you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works covered by the notice.
  • Identification and location of the material you want removed: artwork URLs, character pages, and relevant package or release identifiers.
  • Your name and contact details, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or applicable law.
  • A statement that your information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

How requests are handled

We review copyright requests promptly and may remove or disable access to the identified listings, previews, or downloads. We may ask for information needed to identify the work or the material at issue and, where appropriate, notify the uploader.

We may restrict or terminate accounts for repeated copyright infringement. Notices or counter-notices may be shared with the affected uploader or rights holder as needed to handle the request. Do not include unrelated sensitive information.

If material was removed by mistake

Email the same contact with the subject “GachaDock counter-notice.” A DMCA counter-notice needs the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • The material removed or disabled, and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the relevant U.S. federal district court’s jurisdiction (where you live, or, if outside the U.S., where the service provider may be found); and agreement to accept service from the original claimant or their representative.

Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, we forward a valid counter-notice to the claimant. Restoration follows the applicable 10–14 business-day process unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed an action seeking a court order. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice can carry legal consequences.

A note about downloaded artwork

Removing a server listing does not remotely erase copies already downloaded or personally imported on a Mac. Please identify the relevant online listing or package when reporting a concern. Use of local copies remains subject to the rights holder’s permissions and applicable law.
